Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or special-order tiles may take longer; estimated lead times will be noted on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
We offer the following delivery options:
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (where applicable, delivered curbside)
Free Shipping: For orders over the current free delivery offer value (we reserve the right to change/alter offers without prior notice)
In Store Collection: Free in store collection (applies to all glass items – unless delivery arranged on a POA basis)
Important Delivery Information
Deliveries: Someone must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery. Inspect all packages for damage before signing. If damage is found, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately *.
If nobody is present, delivery will be made in accordance with the couriers terms and conditions. If this is the case the clause below applies *
* Damaged or Missing Items: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on most unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
Items must be in new, unused condition and in original packaging, free from damage.
A restocking fee of up to 60% may apply depending on the manufacturer/product.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped or defective product).
Custom orders, cut glass, special order items, clearance items, any items cut/made to measure, and samples are final sale and not eligible for return.
Perishable items such as: Adhesive, Grouts, Silicones, Putty, Glues, levelling compound, or any other items with a shelf life CAN NOT be returned due to the nature of the product and our inability to guarantee the item was stored correctly after it has left our facility.
Return Process
Submit a return request via email or phone – sales@bridportglassandtile.co.uk or 01308 427281
Wait for return authorization and instructions.
Carefully repackage the items and ship them to the address provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund (minus any restocking fees) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement at no charge within our busines hours of 8 – 4 Monday to Friday, or before 9 am on monday for orders placed during the weekend
A cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Custom or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once payment has been made.
This does not apply to click and collect items as these are processed immediately in order to ensure speedy service/collection.
